I order a pair of shoes from the company: and those that you send me where totally different.

When I asked to send them back and correct the order, or recharge the money to my credit card, after many days that there was not answer and repeated complaints, you asked my for details and photos of the wrong shipment, in order to correct the problem. After many days again, your option that you gave me was "why don't you keep those that we sent you?". That's totally impermissible and unacceptable.

I require immidiate correction to my problem.

Monetary Loss: $80.
